The room smelled like mildew I told the front desk clerk as soon as I checked into my room. The room was right in front of the pool, had to keep curtains closed the whole time we stayedTheir. clerk acted like he was typing so I started walking away, I turned back he was already gone from his desk. Nothing was done. Very smelly mold, my daughter sprayed room freshener. I will never ever stay there again or recommend that hotel. Go somewhere else.

Upon arrival the bed had not been made and dirty / stained sheets had not been changed. Front desk had no staff available to do anything and could only apologize It was disgusting.

Please beware if you book with expedia and you choose the option to PAY AT PROPERTY. This location has taken it upon itself to take your card number from off expedia before you even arrive at the location and charge you. Ofcourse if that is not the payment you plan on using upon check in, this could cause either unexpected charge or not having the funds sitting on that card. They then cancel without attempting to communicate that they want to authorize your card before you arrive and confirm if that is even the preferred pay... read more

Overall the property was great as far as the AC unit keeping it cool the view was great but the second I opened up the door to my room it was such a foul smell I couldn’t even stomach it had open up my window for the first hour probably too smelled like the room got clean with dirty mop water

The first room they gave us was not clean properly and there were hairs on the bed, so they moved us to another room where the conditions were the same. In the days that we stayed they did not enter our room to clean at all.

No garbage bags, garbage under the bed when we checked in and the bathroom looked like counters and shower had not been thoroughly cleaned.

So much for a pet friendly hotel. My 8 month old, 8 lbs. puppy barked and it cost my family and I greatly. Not only were we kicked out in the middle of the afternoon, the Saturday before our flight. Manager would not even allow my parents (in their 80s) to wait in the lobby area while I sat outside in the heat trying to get us another room. No, Manager insisted that we ALL wait outside, in the peak of the heat. No food, no water, he wouldn’t even let them use the restroom. For some reason we got a handicapped room, which was a little weird. Wouldn’t have been too bad but the bathroom was nasty and dirty along with the floor of the room. I know staffing is down because of COVID but we still payed a good amount and would at least have liked a clean place to stay.
