No hot water from 5pm til 11am the next day. Rooms need updated for the price. Carpet in rooms need shampooing. Furniture dusty, toilets not cleaned properly.
I reserved a king sized bed room weeks in advanced, but was given a 2 double bed room, because they were out of kings. Not cool. I stayed on floor 3, the hallway smelled awful the whole time as soon as you get off the elevator. Both of the double beds sagged horribly...when laying on the beds your feet were higher then your head. Lastly I tried turning on the shower but the faucet knob literally came off. I told my husband and he was able to turn it on, it just had to be turned super hard. Very disappointing experience.
There was a lot of visble mildew in the bathroom
The person we checked in with was so rude he was not patient with us and we had to have two other adults speak with him and he was still rude.Tge breakfast was not very good it was simple things that weren’t filling.
The carpet was dirty on the floor that I stayed and The whole place had A bad smell
I didn’t like that the room seem dirty. Found shoes in room and bugs in room.
My room was not clean.I have pictures of the room I went to the front desk And requested a clean room and was told no room available at 4:00 am I told the front desk No one will let you check in at 4:00am in morning unit 2:30 pm so we had to sleep in that unclean room for 5 hour And was told to talk to the manager. Once we talked to the manager he had all kinds of excuses.
