The room is not good .i don like it
My room was so dirty, there was even Marijuana on the floor
Children in pool area were yelling and screaming past one AM. Impossible to fall asleep

WE are sorry to hear of this however we do not show that this was brought to our attention during your stay. We are here 24 hours to assist if there is an issue and our pool area closes at 10pm
The inside of the coffee pot was dirty (where you put the water) The staff didnt know where the water fountain was or if there was one. Told me to drink the water out of my sink. The website says shuttle pickup is untill 11pm, but they quit picking up at 8pm causing me to pay for a taxi that was not expected. I asked for a quieter room and was put next to the elevator and ice machine. HORRIBLE use of money.
Need a deep clean in the room they have a smell like mold. Prior to checking in a woman complained about to rooms she wasnt satisfied about and eventually ask for a refund and left.
People partying in the room next to us. Smoking weed, and it permeated through several rooms! Noisy all night, and the staff did nothing about it! We never did fall asleep. Will never stay there again!
