I did not like the tv at all. I had a hard time getting it to work and had to call for help. Then, every few hours it would just shut off and I would have to restart it. It was on satellite and it was terrible. Breakfast was terrible. What was offered was coffee and pre wrapped muffins. Even with the pandemic this was the worst I have seen. They need to do better. Their little food area was almost completely empty and should be restocked daily. False advertising on your part. Very disappointed.

Shuttle to airport says 5am, but first shuttle isn’t until 7:30am. Hallways smelled like smoke. Elevator seemed like it was going to break at any moment. Stayed couple years ago and it was a lot better back then.

This property is really aged and in bad shape but worse than that is the cleaning. It is just unacceptable that during a pandemic guests find a so dirty room ( including food around the corners ) - big disappointment

This hotel was terrible as there were people smoking marijuana and the elevator constantly had a marijuana odor. This was very disappointing to say the least. The air conditioning was not working upon arrival and had to be fixed as well.

The TV reception was ridiculous! An airport hotel needs good reception so folks can pass time - especially during Covid-19. Frustrating!

The staff was friendly however the quality and stay could have been a lot better. The water barely got hot, the air conditioner was barely working. They maid never came and gave us new sheets like we requested.

The size of the rooms was great. However there were many issues. The main issue was the room was not clean. We found little black curly hairs everywhere, similar to pubic hairs, on our bed and all over the bathroom. Then there was no toilet paper or hand soap. When calling down to the front desk they had the excuse that the room are only serviced every couple days due to COVID but that should have been something cleaned when the last guest checked out so that was not a reasonable excuse. Our website does state that we have limited cleaning services and grab and go breakfast. This is a county Covid restriction and we must follow these restrictions in order to remain open. They are also listed at check in.

Other guests were extremely loud throughout the night. Constant in and out and no awareness of the fact that other people were there trying to sleep.
