I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!! HE BASICALLY TOLD ME TO GO STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE AFTER I TOLD HIM HOW FILTHY MY ROOM WAS!!!!

Not what expected, Got room 302 in front of ice and washing machine m, very noise, uncomfortable beds, terrible breakfast (cup cakes and coffee)

The first room had ants. I was moved to a room with a broken TV and told there were no more rooms.

Body hair in the bathtub. Bugs in the bed. Staff waiting for us to check in after midnight. We truly appreciated.
Very dirty, bugs,mattresses were old and broken down
Our television stopped working the morning of our second day there. I contacted the front desk and told them that we didn’t have channels etc and someone came to the room and told us that they would contact the cable provider and that was before noon and we went to bed later that night and the problem was still not resolved. Overall the problem was never resolved and we left the property real early on our checkout day. So a whole day without television with two kids in the room and they did nothing about it.
