Room had no towels, but did have some from last guest, used!

We do not show you as a registered guest at our location or show any issues brought to our attention for this type of issue. Please contact us direct so we can address your concerns. As you can see from our past reviews this is very uncommon of our hotel
I didn't like the front desk person he was rude. My baby crib I ordered was filthy and dirty the bed smelled couldn't even get it changed.
I arrived to my hotel room late last Friday and upon rolling down the blankets found several hairs in the bed. In light of COVID 19, I felt particularly concerned about this as it appear the housekeeping attendant may have simply just re-did the bed without even changing the sheets and pillow cases. I expressed my concerned and Kelly, the night attendant, was very accommodating and moved me to a different room. The bathroom didn’t have a real door. The chime on the elevator could be heard in the room all night long even when the elevator was 3 floors away. Tractor trailer refrigerator units were allowed to run throughout the night outside the windows.
We paid to leave our car at the motel during our vacation. The shuttle serve to and from the airport is available from 5:00am to 11:00pm. When we returned to the airport I called for shuttle service at 10:50pm, the front desk said to go to B3. At 11:15pm no shuttle had arrived, so I called the front desk to be informed when I called it was close to the cut off time, the driver had something to do and was not coming to get us. This was very unprofessional and not acceptable.
Their systems were down and I couldn’t get a receipt. They said they would email it. Still have not received
