The room was nice. Staff very helpful. Just maybe it’s the British in me but guest staying there had no respect for the late hour, talking loudly outside in the corridor. That made it hard to go sleep after an international flight. Breakfast isn’t much to choose from but then again, it’s not exactly high end hotel stay. Overall I was happy with my stay. 1 night was enough and it was worth it.

The shuttle driver was extremely rude. We waited 40 minutes, then there wasn’t enough room on the shuttle. He said that another shuttle would be coming, but that it was “first come, first serve”, and no guarantee we’d get on the next shuttle either, he was just very abrasive. Shouldn’t be in any customer service position. Hotel itself was run down, hair in the bathroom of our room.

The check in employee was very unprofessional and unfriendly. There was one elevator working at the end of the hallway

Hotel staff was friendly, quick and efficient. Facility was very old. Elevator was scary sounding and dark, hall way was also on not well lit. Although the beds were well made and the sheets were clean, it had a huge indentation in the middle, clearly very old old mattress; uncomfortable to say the least. AC was very loud and abrupt every time it went on and off. All in all i would not give it 4 stars and i feel that I over paid for the quality of the hotel.
