They charged me for two days I wasn’t there. They had no hot water. It was not a nice place. I would not recommend it

Hotel looked really nice but our room was not clean. Bed sheets, pillows, comforter, and tables full of dog hair. Went to the front desk to only be told there’s no maid but I can give you clean sheets. After changing the bed sheets and pillow cases the bed was in worse conditions, even found napkins under the bed padding.
There was no heat in our room and it was 53 degrees in Orlando

Our rooms have a setting of 78 degrees in each room but we do not have heating systems in florida like northern states. we are sorry for the inconvenience
The gentleman that checked us in was very nice. The floor in our bathroom was dirty. Condom box on the floor next to the bed.

We booked a standard double queen bed room. They gave us the handicapped room which also doubled as the pet friendly room. It was filthy, the floors were sticky, the shower was disgusting and it smelled awful. We had to wear our shoes everywhere, even in the shower because it felt so gross. Luckily, we were only there to sleep one night.

Room was very neat and clean. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. However, the sheets on my bed had someone else’s hair on them. When fresh sheets were brought to my room, those sheets had someone else’s hair on them as well. This situation was very gross. Thankfully enough sheets were brought to the room that I found a set that did not have someone else’s hair on them.

Didn't get the wake-up call I was supposed to get.because we had to leave before 7am to catch our flight, we got a package muffin and a apple. Not the breakfast I was expecting. And to top it off we had a dog barking
