Bad No pillows for the so called pull out sofa bed. If it's a bed so where's the pillows and blanket? I went to front desk to ask for pillows and employee's response was Not my problem. The floors were dirty, so my feet turned black while walking on the floor. Breakfast

Bad I was accused of smoking Marijuana in my room and I'm not a smoker. I was charged $100 for that and it was completely fabricated. I'll never stay there again!!! The room was nice and the breakfast was really good.

Very Poor The staff lacks customer service skills, performing at a mediocre level at best. The room was unclean, moldy, and had an unpleasant smell, with the bathtub surface peeling and the bed feeling dirty and itchy. During checkout, the older woman at the desk was preoccupied with her phone, scrolling through social media, and I had to interrupt her to receive assistance. How close to airport.

I just wanted to get put of the hotel. Staff was not friendly. The floor was super dirty. The breakfast area instesd of cleanong they were literraly on their phones. The coffee machines had bugs. The location.

Sin duda alguna es el peor hotel en cuanto a servicio en el que me he quedado Pesimo servicio del front desk No hay tacto en el trato al cliente. La limpieza del cuarto es terrible. El desayuno incluido es malisimo. No hacen la limpieza de los cuartos aunque los programes. La relacion calidad-precio no aplica ya que es carisimo para lo que obtienes La ubicación No tiene absolutamente nada mas que me haya gustado

Fair The hotel is old and the place is dirty. Our room was not clean. It is close to the airport, they offer free shuttle and the price was cheap.
