Horrible! Everything. Filthy room with roaches. Lack of communication between booking.com and hotel. My family and I almost got kicked out of the room after talking to booking.com the day prior about extending our stay. We were abruptly woken up by the maintenance people.

terrible this stay was horrible, when we first arrived the lady at the front was just talking not even looking at us in the face just looking down the whole time. didn’t even tell me how much just said to go ahead and pay. once we went into our hotel room and tried to shower there was no hot water what so ever.

Worst experience of my life The staff should do their homework on emotional support animals instead of accusing the guests. When a customer pays in full, there’s no reason why a police officer should be sent to their room. Especially when there’s no criminal activity. My husband and I were harassed by the staff. Accused of sneaking our ESA animals in. And the staff attempted to charge an unauthorized fee to my card. And because the charge did not go through, they sent the police to my door. It wasn’t what I expected but was ok. The breakfast bar was excellent other than that the facility was ok Seems like it was overbooked there were no extra towels and bed sheets available

It was an OKAY stay for $90 per night. We could have gone somewhere newer or cleaner. They only clean the room every 3 days so I have to asl towels and to replace our garbage. The place is OLD and needs major renovation. Free parking, free breakfast and close to the airport. Close to Walmart
