Bates Motel I didn't like that it was a lie. The hotel looks run down. The hotel is dirty and they don't offer new towels you have to request them the day before. Very disappointed. I will not return because it's like the owner doesn't care about the property but wants to charge a luxury property price. False advertisements at his best. Furniture in the room looks old the bed squeaks and makes noises spider webs in the room. I liked the website pictures

We got there and checked out like 5-10 minutes later and booked another hotel.
Disappointing
Horrific - better lodging in Iraq when I was deployed Everything. Shuttle from the airport did not exist at the time I arrived - the whole reason I booked at the shithole. Deleted Booking.com after allowing me to book this horrible place.

Dark, smelly and outdated. It was dirty, it smells like cat urine, there was cat hair everywhere even on the bell charts. They had cockroaches in the rooms. It was rundown and dark. I would never stay at that hotel again. The staff was nice
