Close to airport Pros: Staff It was close to dinning and shopping. Very easy to return rental car

Needs upgrade! Cons: DEFININTELY, THE RESTROOMS AND POOL AREA. The Rooms also need touch ups! The hotel needs much upgrades in regards to their restrooms and pool and rooms!
Pros: So near to the airport Cons: Make sure rooms are properly cleaned, linens washed, a little sweeping and mopping in the lobby would be a good idea as well. Location: Plenty of restaurants, mall, shopping areas, within minutes of downtown and Fiesta Texas. Half way through our stay, we had to be moved to a different room because the a/c stopped working. The room we were moved to smelled like cigarettes, bed linens were dirty, no toilet tissue, my boyfriend killed a roach in the bathroom the same night.
Pros: Very clean! Stayed over night to catch an early flight and I would stay there again.
Friendliest staff at front desk and the restaurant. Complimentary shuttle drivers to and from hotel excellent and helpful. Free breakfast is great... loved that it offered a protein, hard boiled eggs with cereals, bagels, cream cheese and numerous other pastries. Especially love the make your own waffle feature. Newly renovated. And close to lots of good restaurants.
Nice hotel close to main attractions. Had a girls getaway to San Antonio. The shuttle too us to North Star mall. The hotel is modern. The breakfast was good. I forgot some shoes in my room and they were very helpful in helping me get them back. Thank you!
