The shuttle service was efficient. Lobby under construction; elevator not working. Had to carry suitcase up to second floor. Breakfast available after we needed to leave for the airport. Close to the airport. Walking distance to a nice restaurant

I would not recommend this place at this time. If I would have known about the construction on the building, I wouldn’t have stayed here. I was attending an event for wounded warriors (myself included). The elevators were out a significant amount of time so I had to carry by giant suitcase from four floors. On top of that, my AC was not working for the first night. What I liked about the property was that staff was pretty friendly. They listened to my grievances and even came up to my room to help with the air conditioning.

What a dump Front desk staff was rude. The elevators were not working. My room was on the 3rd floor and I use a walker. They had no first floor rooms. I went to the Hampton Inn and it was wonderful!! The shuttle driver was fantastic! So nice and helpful

Don't stay here. Everything is broken. Hotel was undergoing major renovations that were so disruptive it should have been closed to guests until completion. Hotel lobby was torn apart with sections closed off with plastic wrap. Pool is drained and an eyesore. After our first night the last functioning elevator broke down and we were forced to walk up and down the equivalent of 64 flights of stairs to our sixth floor room. Dirty, would not recommend. Elevators broken, no shuttle, said they would reimburse Uber, but it is always a pain to get Elevators broken, entry way dirty from construction, hallways dirty, shuttle to airport didn’t work because driver didn’t show up. Good location

We could not leave quickly enough to go get on the cruise ship Breakfast offered No alternative milk to whole milk. We use almond milk. No nutrient rich food except for a fresh orange. All white flour baked items. The breakfast area was very dirty! Nothing… this place is a disaster! Only on elevator working, not enough electrical outlets in the room! Room was very dusty.

Awful The property was a mess, it was completely under construction. There was only one person working and no manager on duty. The management left this poor woman to deal with so many unhappy customers. There was no bathroom for guests to use in the lobby. There was no bag check for early check in and there was no way I was going to leave my personal items unattended in a lobby with only one person manning the entire process. I have pictures. This was so bad we went to another hotel. Nothing

Fair The area was not great. The shuttle didn’t work and we had to pay for our own shuttle. That was a surprise for us.

宿代抑えるとえらい目に合う 写真と違う。 エレベーターは故障しており、使えない。 プールには水すら入っていない。 チェックインまで時間あり、荷物預かってくれるか?と聞くと無理だと。 アメリカ人の客の荷物はあずかっていた。 明らかに観光客を雑に扱っていた。 対応に不親切な頭の悪いヒスパニック系の従業員がいる。その人はアメリカ人ばかり優先する。 挙げ句の果てにはシャトルバスは時間通りに来ない。 場所。 隣にjack in the boxがあるので食事には困らない。
