All facilities out of order: no airport shuttle, wifi, breakfast, or even coffee This is the worst hotel experience i have had in a long time... Elevators ALL broken (we were on the 6th floor!) lobby looked like it got blown apart (entire hotel was under construction it seemed), no breakfast as advertised, no coffee, wifi signal was out and when informed front desk just said they would "look into it"... Fair There was no room number posted on the door. After making several rounds in the hallway, I tried my key card on a numberless room. Bingo! It worked. The bathroom door won't open fully because the tiles are uneven. Two of my friends had problems with the room keys. One was able to access the room but he had to make several trips to the front desk to get a different key. It still did not work. In another incident, my other friend was not able to access the room. I would never stay at this property again. They were completely unprepared to have guests during this remodel of their property. Broken elevator. Staff was not helpful. The room itself was ok. Dated. Clean.

Stay somewhere else ! We were not told hotel was under major renovation. Elevators did not work so we had to walk, carrying luggage up to 5th floor. It was very late in evening when we arrived, so going to another place was not an option. We asked for a room on a lower floor because my friend had knee surgery and had a difficult time walking. Not a place I plan to use in the future The elevators were not working. I did receive a message letting me know that in advance but they said they would have staff there to help get luggage up to our rooms. We arrived around midnight and were placed on the sixth floor. I asked about assistance and was told that they only had help during the day shift.
