Very Poor I am AHMED. I stayed in this Hotel from October 19, 2024 to November 2, i.e. 14 nights. The total price with taxes was around $3200. And yet, BOOKING charged me $1825 on October 22, then $1434 and again $1434 on the same day on November 4, 2024, OR A TOTAL OF $4694 instead of $3200. SO BOOKING must reimburse me $1434, otherwise I will consider these actions as theft. Nur die Lage zum Bus ist empfehlenswert Wir hatten für 5 Tage gebucht, selbst am 4. Tag wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt, obwohl wir an den Tagen zuvor mehrfach darum gebeten haben. Das Personal war eher genervt und nicht wirklich freundlich. Die Zimmer und auch das Hotel sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Despite a good location, the stay was marked by issues that compromised the planned comfort The hotel is in urgent need of a major renovation. While the building is large with an appealing layout and well-arranged rooms, several areas require improvement. Upon arriving in our room, we found a large crack in the window, with the glass almost loose, posing a safety hazard. Besser auf das Days Hotel in North Bergen ausweichen. Das Hotel hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Die Kreditkarte wurde nicht akzeptiert (obwohl ich vorher Metro- und Bustickets damit bezahlt hatte). Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Die Busverbindung nach New York (Port Authority Bus Terminal) war gut.
Never again - sorry! Very old, badly maintained, I almost broke my leg in the bathroom, as it was extremely slippery. Carpet in the room was very dark and seemed also very dirty :( . Elevator took forever to come. Location
