Fair L'hôtel mérite un grand rafraichissement (peinture moquette, mobilier, baignoire..) Le lavabo de notre chambre était fissuré, sur les joints dans la baignoire au niveau du porte savon il y avait de la moisissure. Le petit déjeuner est très simple, pas beaucoup de choix, et de qualité moyenne. Le point fort de cet hôtel est l'emplacement. L'arrêt de bus se situe en bas de l'hôtel, et en 20mn nous sommes au cœur de New York.
Don't stay! It was dirty. Chairs are ripped. Couches are filthy and ripped, and rugs are covered in dirt and stain. All in the lobby. There are no tables or chairs for the dining area. I said to the front desk guy, does your rooms look like your lobby? I asked to look at the rooms before staying there. I don't know how old the beds are, but I didn't want to take a chance, especially since the couch in the room was velvet from maybe 1950's. The front desk guy could just tell me the building was old. Seulement l'emplacement wow! Le personnel était froid. La nourriture était ok. Tout était très mal entretenu et brisé (pôle de douche, trappes de ventilation, robinet, etc.). L'emplacement est idéal et le lit était confortable.
Not recommended for families especially with kids Room is very dirty and needs deep cleaning. Things are torn and rusty and not maintained well
Good for access to New York but otherwise, poor although the reception staff were friendly and helpf The rooms and hotel generally are in desperate need of renovation. Everything looked tired and only one lift was working. Also, whilst the breakfast on offer was reasonably good, it is cheap and bad for the environment to provide only plastic cutlery and paper plates. Very convenient for getting to New York.

Fair Wie bereits in vorherigen Kommentaren erwähnt: das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, daher macht alles einen etwas schäbigen Eindruck. Sauberkeit ist okay. Zimmerservice hatten wir in 4 Tagen nur einmal (war allerdings übers Wochenende). Frühstück nur Fertigprodukte und jeden Tag das Selbe. Wir hätten uns zumindest etwas Aufschnitt, Käse und ein bisschen Gemüse gewünscht. Die Lage ist gut: es fährt ein Bus direkt vom Hotel mit enger Taktung bis spät in die Nacht hinein nach Manhattan. Bon rapport qualité prix (vs proximité Manhattan), mais pas être difficile sur la propreté/confort 1 ascenseur sur 2 de fonctionnel (aucune réparation sur 1 semaine), beaucoup d'attente. Chambre très peu insonorisée, on entend toute la route (même au 9e et dernier étage). Salle de bain à refaire, joints en mauvais état/pas propre + émaillage de baignoire très abimé.
