Very Disappointed stated it was a 3 and a half star should be rated a 1 terrible experience Cleanliness, Run down, couldn’t get the door open had to kick it in to get in the room. Air conditioning sounded like a jet plane going off in the room could go on. 1 elevator working The location of MetLife
Really Bad Not sure this is a proper hotel the rooms are oudated the breakfast appauling. more than half the items on the breakfast menu were not available. nothing except the parking
Dortoir Hôtel vétuste, chasse d’eau cassée, pas de ménage durant les 3 jours L’emplacement est pratique pour aller à NYC via les transports et les waffles sont bons.
Not impressed, fair enough. The entire hotel needs an upgrade and general improvements. The carpet in the hotel at Secaucus location looks really dirty and outdated. The front lobby is not welcoming. The pool area needs improvement. For the price I paid the hotel was not impressive. Breakfast.
Posizione invidiabile e ottimo servizio Un pizzico di attenzione all’estetica renderebbe quell’albergo unico per tutte le proprietà sopra descritte La struttura si trova in una posizione eccellente: in 20/25 minuti con il bus NJ320 si giunge al centro di New York. Se avete affittato la macchina lasciatela nel parcheggio gratuito dell’hotel: gran parte dei grandi ponti e tunnel (come il Lincoln che collega Secaucus a New York) sono a pagamento (16$ a tratta!). Disgusted 🤢 The pet smell in our room even the air con we’re on. Linens weren’t changed on our checked in that I need to wait for the next day for housekeeping to do it as they all gone home( arrived late due to flight delayed). Accessible to all
Fair only one elevator is in operation.
Fair The hotel is very old and needs a renovation. Nobody answers calls to reception. There were no bedclothes for the futon bed, we had to go downstairs physically (as nobody had answered the phone) and asked for it. The breakfast is of poor quality. Location - close to American Dream
