The room looked old and dirty, mattress literally had a patch and was very uncomfortable along with the weird pillow tha Only how close it is to the bus stop How close it is to the bus stop. Very convenient
Over all good location, but hotel need renovation badly. The room was dirty, linen, beds, sofa bed need to be replaced with a new one for sure as washing will not make any difference. American breakfast suppose to be full breakfast but there was limited options and quality of food was nt good. Location is great, very close to NY city, Walmart, best buy and many restaurants.
Solo para dormir. Mobiliario viejo, muy descuidado el hotel, fallaban los enchufes, lamparillas de luz rotas, la ducha estaba suelta. El secador de pelo no funcionaba tardaron 3 días en darnos otro Pedimos una habitación adaptada para persona con movilidad reducida. Era muy amplia, grande y el baño estaba adaptado. La parada de bus a NY delante del hotel. Recorrido 20 min
Worst Stay Yet The room we had gotten didn’t have a shower curtain which staff luckily provided but it was literally a sheet. The pillows were not comfortable and the bed was hard. The shower looked dirty and had rips on the walls. We found an old piece of pizza in the microwave meaning they never checked to clean it and overall it was nasty. The comforter and sheets were thin. We’ve stayed here one to two times prior and I don’t remember it being half as bad. The location is great

Fair The pool was closed for our stay to rent it out to some sort of swimming classes so the hotel can make extra money. It was very rude to the guests for the hotel to double dip in this way. The mattresses in the sofas ar a minimum need to be replaced if not the entire sofa. The one in our room was quite old and unsanitary. The location seemed safe and we had a beautiful view. There was ample parking nearby in a covered garage for hotel guests.
Over priced for the quality of the room. The tub didn’t drain. The rooms didn’t look anything like the pictures online, very outdated, dingy. Staff were friendly.
