Beds are comfortable however a very budget hotel with no room service, five days before bins and fresh towels suitable s Room service took 5days to empty our bins and provide fresh towels. We actually ran out of toilet paper and only had tissues. Continually had to ask for our room to serviced. The kitchen staff were helpful and friendly

Falamos na recepção e nada foi feito , até insistir em trocar de quarto e aí colocaram em quarto que o microondas não funcionava. Demora no atendimento. Pouca opção de café da manhã. Disappointing
Dirty- do not stay. The property is not clean. Floors throughout the place are not mopped and clean. The bathroom sink had a black ring of scum around it. Shower did not appear to have been cleaned either. Doors to rooms kicked in and cracked. Would not stay here again. We waited over 30 minutes to get an elevator to the first floor from level 2. The stairs that were close by only exited to the outside of the building and were alarmed. If the timing was different and we weren't traveling with children we would have left.

Horrible See above comment Very disappointed I travel a lot and go to alot of hotels This one is the wordy one I stayed at. The room smelled like rotten eggs . The bed pillows were dirty and stained. There was no extra blankets or sheets acting the room for pull out bed and the mattress had brown stabs on it . There was a huge water stain on the ceiling in the bedroom. For me, it was only easy to get to New York. Other than that, it did not meet my expectations. If the hotel is well main The location of the facility is in a good place. It is close to shopping malls and markets. It is also good that the parking lot is free.
