Extremely overpriced for the quality of room. Customer service, room condition, property conditions. Upon arrival; the parking lot is in EXTREMELY bad condition. Almost popped a tire while driving through due to all the pot holes. While checking in. Had to wait almost 30 minutes for 2 employees to figure out the customer in-front of me. Gross. This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The check in counter was even gross looking. Dirt in all corners - pull out couches with visible staining. Just gross.

This depressingly rundown hotel made me feel cheated, but it's an easy car trip to Manhattan. I was misled by the pictures into thinking this was a decent hotel. first room was a disaster, and the second room was just as bad minus the weed. it was so hot in the entire hotel especia ac didn’t work in our room, fridge didn’t work, door was jammed and only one card worked, weed in the bed from previous guest, extremely outdated, no ice machine on any floors and smelt awful. carpets were dirty and comforter was stained. would like a full refund. nothing
