Basic The locks to the rooms didn’t work and had to be reset every day. Was very basic and outdated.
Will never stay here again Property was extremely damaged, very dirty. Our room key kept getting inactivated constantly. A lot of the damage in the building was due to not having a maintenance crew… The convenience of taking the bus into the city
Won't be back. Specifically booked this hotel for the pool and it was closed on a Friday night. I had 4 very disappointed young children. Breakfast was OK. Location was good.
Poor La première chambre qui nous a été donnée n'était pas faite. La 2e était bien mais dans la nuit le bain a refouler. On a averti la réception, ils ont nettoyer le bain mais pas régler le problème. Nous n'avons pas pus prendre de douche les 2 soirs. Seulement un lavage superficiel à la débarbouillette. Emplacement facile d'accès avec un arrêt d autobus juste devant pour aller à New York. Le personnel est très gentil et le déjeuner inclus offre beaucoup de choix.
Disappointing De fitness was gesloten, het zwembad ook wegens onderhoud. Er staat vermeld dat na 3 dagen de kamer, handdoeken en het beddengoed verschoont wordt. Mocht je het vaker willen kan je dat aangeven. De 4e dag was er nog niets gedaan. Geen schone handdoeken, een overvolle prullenbak welke we maar beneden leeggooide. Zelf toiletpapier halen omdat het op was. Uiteindelijk op verzoek! De 5e dag een schoonmaak gehad. De prijs
O hotel é econômico, mas funcional! O hotel precisa de reforma, com pintura descascando e paredes com infiltração ou mofo. O carpete do quarto está manchado, Não sei se são sujeira ou marcas permanentes. As trancas das portas são problemáticas; muitas pessoas no meu andar tinham dificuldades em fazer o cartão funcionar. Eu mesmo precisei de um cartao novo, pois o meu não foi reconhecido ao chegar no quarto às 8 da noite, após um longo dia na cidade. Vi outras pessoas passando pela mesma situação. Poor Wir bekamen die ganze Woche kein Zimmerservice obwohl er im Preis enthalten war, auch nach mehrmaligen nachfragen, fand keine Reaktion statt. Traurig. Optimal war die Lage, der Bus zu NY hält ditekt vor dem Hotel an, in ca. 30 min ist man am Time square.
