Terrible Breakfast, rooms & amenities, one of the elevators has been lying defunct causing great inconvenience to inmates so on & so forth. Nothing except the location. The business is surviving just because of 320 bus
Brutta esperienza, personale gentile ma servizio pessimo. Colazione al limite della decenza. Ottima La camera era poco pulita e la colazione al limite sella decenza poca scelta e di bassa qualità. Solo 2 giorni su 9 era presente la frutta solo caffè semplice e latte freddo, niente miele e similare. Torte di pessima qualità e poca scelta di salato. Solo uova strapazzate e salsiccia . La piscina era pessima con acqua torbida Colazione al limite sella decenza . Posizione per il centro di NYC ottima
Good hotel for the price old carpet... This is a decent lower cost stay. It is essentially an older hotel (decorations are no longer on the builder so it's older). It is big though and room was roomy, more than enough for a 5 person stay. Room was in good shape and clean, with old carpet though. Breakfast came with the stay. Nothing to write home about unfortunately as it was just okay and no fruits was served. Not great for the price. The room was not cleaned properly, there were a lot of ants. The beds were stained a lot and so was the couch.

Three good things about this hotel- location, available free parking and the staff. The rest not so good. Very run down. Very run down. Mold on the ceiling, burnt marks from lights, walls were peeling. Beds covered in stains. Linens old and stained. Walls don’t look like they have ever been wiped down. Noticed one of our windows the glass was broken. Shower was terrible. Provided terrible toiletries. Breakfast was the same everyday. No fresh fruit or yogurt. Poor Property is old and needs serious upgrade Food is bad quality. Room cleaning service is every 3 days except you make a request which they don’t tell you upfront The location … It is close to the American Dream mall and Time Square, New York Rooms are bigger than your average hotel rooms
