Fair Mobilar war schon sehr abgegriffen, auf den Schreibtischstuhl traute man sich ja kaum raufzusetzen. Suite für 5 Personen gebucht, Sofabett war nicht bezogen, 1 Tube Shampoo für 5 Personen Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf Manhatten Bus nach NYC direkt vor der Tür
Very Poor It was not so clean. They did not change towels for three nights Facilities not available in individual floor. Not giving water. Breakfast was not good Location wise it was very near to Bus stop.

Just ok if not poor Room and property needs improvement. Disappointed to return to the room and no housekeeping to clean the room or replace towels was done. We removed the do not disturb on the doorknob for cleaning people but nothing was done. DISAPPOINTED!!! Friendly staff
Don't stay, spend extra and go somewhere else Toilet was clogged Sofa-bed was unclean and smelled awful Service was pathetic Just breakfast and proximity to bus stop
Hotel was awful, dirty, old, disgusting. Door handle to our room was basically falling off Everything Nothing

Would stay again but can use some changes! Rooms need a few more towels, there was no extra pillows or blankets for the sofa bed and it could definitely use some upgrades. Also it was a bit more pricey than usual and we were not able to use the pool in the morning, due to being closed for the swim school! It should definitely stay open for guests more than afternoon on the weekends as we planned to swim before checkout.
