This place needs a remodel 1 elevator was not working so waiting to go up is like a 10 min wait also check out is at 11 but they block your key card that morning, went down for breakfast and came back up and couldn’t go in my room had to wait 20 min for someone to come and open and hand me a new keycard when I asked why she ignored me.

Very Poor The property is very tired looking and there was only one elevator working. Gym was also out of action and no wifi in room.

No es lo que parece en las fotos las instalaciones son muy viejas y están en muy mal estado Estoy muy molesta por que nos engañaron nos cobraron una noche de más y nos dijeron que nos iban a devolver el dinero y nunca pasó les escribí y no me contestan eso no se hace

I have stayed here before and had a great experience I won’t stay here again ever I had issues with my door I had to carry all my luggage and my child down to the front desk 5 times I couldn’t get in my room they sent someone to fix it it still did not work there was blood all over the floor in the elevator and the bed had bed bugs my son and I had to sleep on the couch and froze cuz the heat did not work the tub was rusty just not a great experience at all

Besides the unsafe feeling everything else was fine and the front desk gentleman was helpful to my situation. they gave me the wrong room key and i walked in on someone else’s room. Then as my daughter and i where getting ready in our room someone almost walked i. on us ! It was uncomfortable and scary to sleep i. a room where i didn’t feel so safe , the security lock k. the door was flimsy and i feel very insecure. it was easy to get to the city
