Fair parking lot is far away you have to walk outside end they are not responsible for anything happens to the car staff was great. rooms are very big comfortable
Disappointing Heater wasn't working. Informed the receptionist several times but the issue wasn't resolved. Rooms were clean

to many downfalls they clean my room without my permission during my 2night stay and the pool was close till 2pm when I wanted to swim in the morning before my afternoon activities. I didn’t like that it messed up my plans.
Bad The batteries in both remotes were dead! The shower was not clean and took atleast 10 minutes for water to get warm! Key card didn’t work after getting alllll the way up to the 8th floor, so had to go back down to get a new card and was told “they may stop working from being near a cellphone or a chipped debit/ credit card” (never heard that before but okkk) Thennnn they only had one working elevator. Parking garage is a minimum 5 minute walk. The stay was not worth the money! The view was perfect!
me lo esperaba mejor the parking was complete so we had to go faraway to park. we were 5 but there were no sheets nor blanket for that bed. it seems there were just one elevator working ao we spend lot of time waiting the beds are comfortable breakfast is ok
