Disappointing
Fair the bathroom had a bad leak in the roof that wet all the towels provided. there was just 1 functional lift that took 30min each time to go from level 8 all the way down the bed and breakfast area were good

What you see in the pictures is not the real thing. How old the bathroom is and the situation with the elevators. The Breakfast was okay, the room was not so bad for the Price.
disgusting horrifying and very unpleasant stay I will never visit this facility again had a horrible experience .. place is a one star hotel can I believe I spend the money I did on this room .. I have been to a lot of hotels around United States this has to be by far one of the worst hotels ..First of all we found pills in our room all over the place while I have 3 kids 10 year old . by the grace of God they were responsible enough and pointed out the pills all over the drawers around the TV in the bedroom also the facility... read more

Based on the experiance i had staying at this hotel, i will never put a foot on this property again The hotel is out dated and could use a badly needed rehab. Some of the staff are in need to be reminded the importance of the guests in the hospitality business. An assistant GM named Jerry, hanged up the phone on me while i was trying to find out why i was charged 800+ for the one night i stayed there....I'm still waiting to be refunded for the extra charges they charged my card with. disappointing very noisy could not sleep because of the traffic and the windows are of very poor quality you can hear everything like if the window was open poorly insolated room, very old bathroom especially the bathtub was extremely warned out dirt ingrained in the tub, they tried to paint over without success The corridors wall paper is peeling off nice view
