A mess at La Quinta. The elevators were not working and I was at the 8 floor, the rug were dirty. Comfortable beds

Bad I walk in the hotel there was a smell. I ask could i see the room before paying. The reception said no you must pay for room before seeing. The wait area was dirty sitting chair furniture chipping very bad looks like water damage. The room had the same smell very dusty chipped and damage furniture big stain in the middle of the floor in the room. I ask for the money back.
