needed a convienent place to stay for concert at Emerald Queen Casino Comforter (I realized the next morning) doesn't look like it's been laundered in between guests. The waffles "Belgian" were the frozen and there were no breakfast meats. The lobby is nice
Good Wir sind von SEATAC Airport mit dem Bus nach Tacoma, alles kein Problem. Easy. Aber dort angekommen mussten wir ca. 1 km laufen , was ok ist Aber im dem Viertel wurden wir begrüßt mit: Welcome in the ghetto und von einer anderen Person: this is the the worst place to be??? Naja mit Kind im Schlepptau nicht das was man am 1. Urlaubstag hören will. Aber das Hotel war gut. Frühstück war ok aber von Wegwerfgeschirr Das Hotel, das Zimmer und der Pool war schön und auch das Bad gut. Personal (über) nett...und hilfsbereit

We will never book here again. Room looked old and needs updates. We had to wait because the room was not ready. The room had strong smell. The breakfast was not worth price we paid for the room. Way overpriced for the quality of room. We will never book here again. Room was big.

Worst Stay Ever Cast off of blood on ceiling, floor, and lamp. Can't figure out how to skate pictures without ceasing a link to my personal gallery. People banging and yelling outside our door and fighting in neighboring room all night. Did not feel safe. Front desk followed and watched us continually at after check-in continuously telling us not to bring dogs in or smoke in room. Service not very professional Made reservations had no record when we got there's so not well organized
Fair the freeway was noisy, the bed was to firm even though they stated they had comfort tops. Some how a do not disturb was put on our room and we never got room service, even though ours was still in our room. The area was isolated and there was nothing around the actual hotel. the floor was quiet
Just there. Heat was broke and no one followed up on it. Beds extremely hard. Gym equipment is old and cluncky. Closeness to the Dome.
