Fair Location, to many homeless noise inside and out.stuffy, just felt dirty. Staff

Fair the location wasn’t great, seemed like the area surrounding the hotel had a high level of homeless people the hotel was great, staff was very friendly, I was disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t accessible
over charged on my card! I was charged $50 deposit on Mar 11 and again on the 12th. one was refunded but the other was not. just stayed the the night of the 11th.
The people were great...room very clean and beautiful...location of hotel worked for me. The "little touches" making an "okay room" be a "great room" were missing. For example... shampoo, conditioner and hand cream in the bathroom... all I found was a little bottle of conditioner. The beds and pillows were hard... SO hard. And there was only one little feather pillow hiding amid the six. (three on each bed) I have a bad back so a softer bed and pillows make a long days travel a recuperative experience... restful. Never again bed bugs, dirty drawers it would have been a decent stay if the beds weren’t infested with bedbugs and I didn’t get bitten up
