It was a nice get away, Liked the location but our room was not accommodating with outlets There was a large hole in the wall that was covered with a mirror. Our coffee maker didn't work. The ice machine was broken on our floor Electric outlets didn't work at the desk. Lobby, was nice, and large and very clean.. The pool was perfect. Staff were nice and accommodating. Coffee and water in the lobby was nice.

Disappointed The shower curtain rod was about to fall off the wall the bed was very uncomfortable and that should be the best thing in the room The staff was nice

Disappointing
FILTHY This place is filthy, bathrooms are dirty all over smells dirty. Rooms are dirty Nothing!
Fire that lady then you guys are all good. It was extremely unpleasant getting called by the night shift worker after 11pm, being told I never checked in, and to come downstairs to prove who I am. Then while I was downstairs waiting in line, that same worker sent another people up to my room, with my room keys, while my kids were sleeping! TWICE. Two people walked into my room while my kids were sleeping and woke them up (and startled them to the point they couldn't sleep after that) while I was waiting in line for at least ... read more
Disappointing There were around a dozen homeless people wandering around the streets on 3 sides of the property. Thought my rental car would be gone in the morning. Seemed like an unsafe area. I wont stay there again.

They were obviously quite busy, but a clean and sanitary room is the bare minimum expectation. The trash cans were overflowing on my floor, there was toilet paper in the hallway in front of my room and in the elevator, there was meat in the floor of my room (looked like bacon and sausage from a pizza or something??), fitted sheet was on inside out, and there was visible dirt under the mattress. Poor The rooms felt dirty, weird smell. Our light wouldn’t shut off so had to sleep with it on all night. Close to I5, staff was friendly.
M Got their said didn't know had puppy, Put me in dog room charged same price, Room dirty, Peoples car got broke into will never go back Staff, Refund of some cash
