Won’t be coming back Beds were hard and lumpy, TV in room kept shutting off and on for some reason, ice machines were broken on the second and third floor. The location was perfect.

Very Poor When I booked breakfast was included. I asked if breakfast was included, yes. Bag breakfast was at the front desk when we came down. There was no mention of a bag cold breakfast. I would have booked somewhere else. At a hotel I stayed at earlier in the month, hot breakfast Staff should better inform potential guests.

With COVID there are allot more guests taking food to their rooms, so we do keep cans in corridors for everyone and empty them daily. And I am sorry we cannot do the free buffet breakfast at this time, because of COVID. We look forward to things getting back to normal. Thank you for staying with us.
Look elsewhere Checking in was a mess they don't accept my card had to use my son's card instead then decided to stay in town a extra night used another card they charged that card for the night and my son's card 138$ for no reason. Instead of enjoying my extra day I spent half arguing with them to give me my money back. The bathroom in my house is cleaner then this room hair in tub and they don't clean behind the toilet during covid cleaning should be a priority. Not a good part of town, they try to keep you safe with doors locked, only one entrance. No carpet in rooms No breakfast, only bag of snacks because of covid.
