Lady at the front desk ruined the stay, most unpleasant check in ever. Embarrassing customer service Front desk lady Deborah needs a customer service class. Very rude lady at the front desk.

Bad Towels was dirty,wires was out by AC,Sofa bed had food crumps everywhere,Tv remote didn’t work and called multiple time to the restaurant but no answer. Nothing
Stay Away The location was in an unsafe area filled with graffiti. Random person barked at me when we entered the hotel and harassed me with slurs. I’d stay away from this location. It isn’t safe. Nothing.

Unfortunately, there is graffiti throughout the city, like most larger cities. Hopefully the city will get it cleaned up. Thank you for staying with us.
Fair No fridge in the room. One of the beds was sunk in the middle. Loud traffic Nice lobby and amenities.

Not recommended if you want any peace bad location, rough neighborhood, old bed, no refrigerator, super loud (next to busy freeway). Not recommended. nothing really

I am so sorry we did not meet your needs. We have several different room types with about 70% with microfridges. Some guests do not need and reserve the room type that you did for $10 less. I am sorry the interstate traffic woke you up. We appreciate you staying with us. JB - GM
Not good The safety on the property is horrible. My sons truck was broke into , passengers glass broke, being on a Friday night could not get repaired till Monday. The property had a fence with two entrances. One entrance on a side street with homeless cars lined up, and vandals driving through parking lot constantly , La Quinta had no camera , which is horrible when the safety there so bad. I am happy you liked your room, but I am sorry to hear about your sons vehicle, and your concern of safety. We have not had any reported guest concerns of safety issues, but unfortunately like most bigger cities, we have about 1 car broken into a month when guests leave belongings, this is why we have security at night to patrol our parking lot, to help manage the situation.
