Great location pet friendly hotel in Waxahachie. Major issues with room cleanliness!!! Room was very dirty. There was a pet room with kibble on the floor and dust bunnies everywhere. This was one of those rooms where you are afraid to walk around barefoot and if you wear white socks, you should plan to throw them away. While I love pet friendly hotels, you should not be subjecting your guests with a pet to a substandard room with regards to cleanliness. I was there fornights and I did not require housekeeping, but when I left the towels outside that ne The air conditioner vent was musty, and even though it wasn't that hot outside the room could not keep up to the humidity.... The humidity of the room was always in the mid to upper 60%. I arrived at noon and they wanted to church me.Fifty five dollars to check in early but the water was turned off.So I just waited a while, and they did get me in my room.About two hours earlier .... Not good Cockroach in room 115, mold on the bathroom ceiling that might have been black. The room has been well cleaned but old repairs are very sloppy. See handle inside closet door for example. Needs updating. High ceilings and quiet.

Will not stay at La Quinta again. Had to leave early. Was told by front desk I would not be charged for remaining days but could not give me a receipt because I booked on line. Ultimately got charged for unused days.

So-so. The bed was very mushy. The safety latch on the door was broken. Coffee pot stayed empty longer than it should have during breakfast hours. The location was convenient.

Disappointing Broken chair Walmart close

Cheap place, run down, clean breakfast area, hot coffee in the lobby Our bathroom had what looked like mold in the caulking, looked messy/sketchy. Bathroom vent fan didn’t work or was not existing. The panel in front of the mini fridge appeared to be partially eaten by a dog. Lots of drywall cracks. Overall pretty run down. Breakfast is pretty decent.
