This was my worst stay ever at a hotel. Cleaning. Ice machine was dirty, smelt horrible in the hallway’s. Did it get room cleaned Soggy eggs and sausage
I told them I have pictures of roaches every day, no money back. Rude. Roaches every where. Even on bed stand. The lady was nice at check in but as soon as I came down to complain about roaches she was rude.

glad to be out of there could be cleaner staff could be friendlier convenient location off freeway and next to stores and restaurants.
I would not recommend and would tell that I would offer not to stay there if asked.. Room maid service was poor not every day. No one explained that towels would not refresh each day Bed would not be made daily nor trash removed daily. Nor coffee packets. The elevator flooring was coming out and a trip hassert. Kitchen was clean but cereal dispenser did not work. Location was good

second rate hotel Door to room did not open right, shower controls did not work, dirty tp in hair dryer bag, staff kicking of his shoes and laying on lobby love seat on the phone, elevator dirts and water damaged, when it ran out at breakfast good luck getting any more close to work
Disappointing I have stayed at this hotel many times through the years and it was a pleasant experience, nice staff, clean rooms, good breakfast items. This time the night staff was hard to understand. The second day our door keys didn’t work. There was hardly anything for breakfast just some cereal and coffee. We planned on staying two nights, but ended up leaving in the middle of the second night, because the person in the next room was playing his music very loud.
