My families stay at this property was extremely unpleasant and nothing close to what was advertised The first thing was the staff were rude especially when it was time to check in. They gave instructions on how all refunds would be given on the credit cards on file then once you checked out and left the property they stated that they could only do cash. Bad I booked a room! Broke down on the highway! Called to cancel! Was on the side of the road, and they wouldn't work with me! Had to pay for the room anyway! Won't stay there again!

Bad the room was nasty had roaches floor was soak and wet had to change the ac unit toilet wasn't working properly That it was near my family

Fair Breakfast was limited. Dealing with staff about shipping clothes that were left was ridiculously expensive. Location

The property needs to be updated for the price that you pay The chairs were worn out in the dining room. The boxsprings to the bed was creaking. Every time we moved on it it was clean, and the staff was great, but you could just tell it was outdated for the price not happy. staff was great and the location was great to visit family
