Very Poor Everything!!!! Absolutely never had a worse check in before! Get to the hotel to check in and they doubled booked my 2 queen handicap accessible room, lady that checked us in tried her best but had to put us in a completely wrong room type, ended up supposedly putting us in a king room with a couch bed and roll away bed, was told room 312 since it’s right in front of the elevator, since my husband is in a wheelchair. Very disappointing given price of room and previous experience at la Quinta properties No wifi in room despite promotions of super fast wifi. Dirty bandaid left in shower from previous guest. Breakfast, check in, easy parking, location

Not satisfied with this stay. Room entry and back exterior entry with provided keys was a MAJOR hassle. Had 2 different staff members "re-key" and they still only worked 50/50. In the end, they gave me 3 different keys to use and try. As far as pet fee, the sign on the counter said $20 per day. It under no circumstance said $20 PER PET per day. Very deceiving.
I want a refund. The area where the hot food was stored it was not clean in the area and it looked as if the staff did not replenish the food as guests ate. The room bed was was loose, terrible WiFi, room had an odor, sheets appeared to be dirty, it reminded me of a motel from the 80’s Nothing

Why I will NOT stay here again! I was charged twice for my room. When I called to ask "why?", nobody could tell me. I was told of a $25 charge that would be refunded, but I was charged $93.14 and $68.14. I still have not been refunded my money, and it has been more than 24 hours since my check out.
