Poor The hall where our room was located reeked of Marijuana day and night! The hotel is supposed to 100% smoke free! Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly.
Disappointing
The price was too much considering what they offer. The price was unreasonably high considering the so called free breakfast was poor in their opinions to choose from. The quietness of the place in general.
Bad As fa as the staff there was one gentleman in the front desk that was very helpful . I called previous to ask questions about the hotel and woman that picked up was very rude she didn't want to give me her name and Made a comment on my stay that I asked if the Room was smoking or non smoking the pool is closed and has been closed for more than a year Even before the pandemic so why promote that you have a pool Nothing
Poor Air conditioner was not working, bed sheets ha d stains, and was informed that they only do housekeeping every 4 days. This is NOT a 4 star hotel. Would never recommend, or ever go back
Poor Toilet was plugged not working and we were informed there wasn’t anyone working that could fix the issue and there weren’t any other rooms available if we needed to go downstairs to use the facilities.

Expected more from La Quinta by Wyndham. At least a Motel 6 will leave the lights on for you. The Bad: When I returned the 1st evening there had been no maid service...trash cans full, no clean towels, no coffee, no cups, no bed service, no fresh soap, no cleaning. I asked & the staff pointed to a small sign partially hidden on the desk saying that they only provide housekeeping if requested, due to covid.
