Staff lied to me They didn't have any do not disturb signs for the doors and when I went to ask for one since I do not like people being in my room when I'm not there they told me that they clean the rooms every three days and no one else has a key to my room so there was no need for one. When I got back the first day they had come in and cleaned, I thought maybe it was the three day mark for my room and waited to see if they did it again the next day and go figure they did. Disappointing Comfort, cleanliness. Breakfast wasn't the best, was not clean either.

It was fair. There was an issue with my check on. La Quinta says there was no record of my reservation. Got a room, but I am not sure if I had to pay a higher price. Can't check until I get home. I was there 3 nights and it still wasn't resolved at check out. I will be annoyed if my bill was $200 more than I booked it for through Booking.com. Rooms aren't cleaned daily. The location

Pleasant There was a error on the part of the check out date that the staff put in the system that involved me having to come down to the front desk to correct only to find out when I get down there be told that they messed up and it was corrected which could have been corrected w/o me having to come down to the front desk in the first place which involved replacing my room keys that didn't work and having to go back down stairs again (very inconvenient) mind you; also apparently when calling the front desk on (2) separate o... read more

Scary I never had full access to my room with my key entry and to always inconvenient myself and had to get new keys every time I came back to my room and the quest were disturbing The location

Poor Room service not provided, but once in a 5 day stay..... I had to beg for clean towels after 3 days.. . It was terrible

It could have been better. First, the hotel mentioned an indoor pool, but no where on the site did it say the pool wasn’t operable. That was the whole reason we booked that one specifically. The breakfast was only waffles, bagels, and 2 choices of cereal. Due to covid housekeeping didn’t come at all during our stay so we had to take our own laundry downstairs and to get fresh towels, and also extra trash bags.
