Don’t waste you money A/C in two separate rooms did not work. Bathrooms in two separate rooms were very dirty. Front desk clerk was very rude. Absolutely NOTHING

Booked it online and it said we could check in at anytime, well we show up after our concert and they tell us we can’t c
Very disappointed in our stay! Since my spouse & I are senior citizens with walking issues, we were VERY disappointed & unhappy that there was NO ELEVATOR to our room on the second floor! Apparently no rooms on the first floor; told they were being renovated. Breakfast was disappointing also. Waffle machine was clogged with old liquid which had to be taken in the back to be ‘fixed’ somehow. A few bagels & 4 pieces of bread were in a container. Nothing else! Worst hotel on terrell!!! Ants all in my room, smelled of chemicals and animal urine. Got moved to a new room and it still smelled horrible. The need was soft and the air was cold.

Bad
We are both heart patients so it was very difficult to navigate the stairs. No breakfast. They were renovating therefore our request for bottom floor was not fulfilled. We should have been notified of this when we made the reservation. None served
