Never again!!!! There was a huge hole in the wall. In recent years they renovated the hotel but they used very cheap material. The staff didn’t even know the hole was in the wall which I couldn’t understand because it’s no way house keeping didn’t see it. After notifying them of the hole I then had to spend about 30mins talking to the overnight staff to make sure I was not charge for the damage. Fair Pool was closed Access into bathroom was hindered by placement of a wall so had to leave light on at night Basic breakfast Good location for University visit

There is an elevator, but no way to use it to get to the rooms??!! There is no way upstairs to the rooms on the second floor without dragging suitcases up or down stairs. Ridiculous, and should be listed on the website so you can request a first floor room. Back hurt after sleeping on the bed a few hours. Breakfast ran out of eggs by 9am

Poor Room wasn't clean,linen on bed dirty, breakfast not available after 9am on a weekend, pool closed due to sanitary reasons. Nothing

Bad Roaches literally in and on the bed. Do not stay here! Was there for 20 mins after dinner and roaches were crawling on the bed. We checked out. Front desk "supervisor" claimed he was not authorized to give refund. Gave me email address to his manager that cane back undeliverable Nothing

Filthy conditions with water issues and roaches The property was booked through booking.com. I searched by requesting hotel with pool/hot tub. This hotel populated. The pool/hot tub looks like it has been down for months with dirty water, black algae on sides. Room #115 Coming into the room, the door handles and light switches were dirty. I cleaned the switches and handles to get through the stay. The cabinet to the fridge on the left, was hanging off the hinge, I tightened the one screw up so it wouldn't fall. Make sure you don’t give them your credit card if you already paid online That they charged me twice and when I called and emails I was ignored. I also messaged through booking.com I got charged from the hotel and from booking.com
