Bad Staff wasn't professional or friendly to woman & kids. Hot tub was a cold tub over by the pool water wasn't hot @ all & I was being harassed by the front desk clerk constantly about my stay they over charged me too. Wasn't what I expected Breakfast was different servings of selected items.

Bad All of the above. Absolutely nothing. The Absolute worst experience I'd ever encountered in my whole life. Dirty, Always had to ask for new towels, Would clean the room unless I asked, Absolutely rude, Key card wouldn't work after 2 days And checking out the person who served me wouldn't give me back my deposit back because I lost my receipt until I called the Police and even then the gentleman lied to the Police officer until he demanded to give back my deposit. Never go there.
Dangerous The room and hallway wreaked of smoke and the the staff refused to change my room which resulted in an asthma attack.
Terrible . Not recommend A lot cockroachs, toilet broken can not flushed. Room attention knocked the door for cleaning while I rented 2 days . But when i requested clean up but they not service . After that we asked some bath towels but they don’t give to us .The guy in font desk tried looking towels but after that answer “ no more towels “ . No coffees in room. Some sugar bags used The guy name is Jeevan work in font desk so nice
Holiday Inn is a short distance from here! Had to remove top of toilet to flush, stopper in bathtub was out, breakfast eggs were cold and dry, coffee was cold but could be heated up in microwave, keys did not always work and it was a hike to go down to desk to get new ones, no Diet Coke in their vending machine. Our room was not serviced but when we came in at night and spoke with the desk staff they did send help down to replenish towels, soap, etc., towels were of very poor quality, thin, in fact!
