Horrible, would never go again. Will tell everyone it’s horrible. -The staff was super RUDE. -I booked my stay here because of the pool & it wasn’t even open. Even though THE FIRST SENTENCE in the bio description is about the pool. When I addressed the pool situation the staff member screamed at me “IT IS IN NOTES!” -The key to my room didn’t work and I had to walk back like three times. I just lost a man of 27 years. My daughter lost her dad four months ago to cancer where to go on vacation on a holiday w How ignorant the front desk staff was when I asked him what’s going on with the pool and hot tub, not working. The stay sucked There was no telephone service for an outside line and I was told there was. They lied to me. For 375 bucks for two nights I should have a working phone. I was told online the price per night was 115 a night it ended up costing me 190 a night....ripoffs never again will I stay there. I will use Holiday Inn Express right across the street from now on Breakfast was ok

We were never informed, that the pool was closed, until we called to confirm our reservation ? The pool was not in working order, so we didn’t stay! If the pool was open, we would’ve stayed and had a great time! It doesn’t inform you, when booking your stay, that the pool is closed??? We never got to see the property, because we canceled due to the pool not being open!
