Disappointing They seem awfully understaffed (the person refilling breakfast items also has to run the front desk at the same time). Some of the staff were rude. Breakfast was rather poor. The pool and jacuzzi were not working. I know this happens but I’d like to be notified BEFORE checking in or even while booking. I will not be returning and I am very unhappy with the location. Was a regular since 2017. Sad what it’s become. Pool was closed and we were not informed prior. Front desk staff was terrible and rude. Hallways smelled horrible. The location is ideal and the area is open. Parking convenient.

Don’t think that I will stay there again. The TV and the phone in our room wasn’t working. We told the front desk staff about it. We were told that it will be taken care of and it was never did. The outlet in the wall was missing the cover, which was very unsafe. The hotel was overall pretty clean. Although, our room had a hole in the wall and there was peeling paint in the bathroom . The included breakfast was descent. The location was good, 5 minutes away by car from the beach.

No es lo que esperaba La atención del personal hubo 2 personas amables , pero uno de los recepcionistas super grosero ni un saludo y contestaba las preguntas or señas porque todo el tiempo hablo por teléfono. Además la piscina no tenía servicio cuando yo pague por el. La habitación está cómoda y limpiac fue lo único que me pareció bien del hotel
