Cheapest in the area, now I know why. Staff was rude. Whole place stunk. They saw the amount of luggage we had and put us in the very last room in the building. Room was clean but TV didn't work and pillows were old and flat. When I said something they didn't care and shrugged it off. Pool was closed and out of service. Location to beach is good. Easy to get to. Lots of parking.

Will advise everyone to steer clear. Booking.com listed one of the top amenities as the indoor pool. Which is the only reason we booked the room, so the kids could swim. We only live 45 minutes away. Then when we are checking in, the clerk says the pool is out of order. Would not give us a refund. We left then without going to the room. Very disappointed and poorly kept outside of hotel and terrible service. After contacting booking.com to get a refund, they tried to contact the hotel who repeatedly ignored the calls. Worst La Quinta I’ve ever stayed in. Have friendlier staff. Have room keys that work. The AC unit in my room leaked and Soaked the carpeting. Breakfast was decent. Hotel staff was rude and unfriendly. Had to re program my room key every time I left the Hotel and returned. Hotel maids never cleaned my room. Never brought in fresh towels. Never emptied the trash. Bed was comfortable. The front desk clerks were rude and unfriendly
