Bad Que la nevera no sirve la piscina no está en servicio y no le informan eso a la hora de hacer el pago viajamos de lejos para pasar un rato agradable y de entrada nos resivio el recepcionista mal no quedan ganas de volver Nada realmente el recepcionista super grosero no atiende bien tus necesidades muy mal servicio al cliente
The worst stay I have ever experienced! The front desk staff was absolutely horrible! He had no etiquette. His tone was abrasive, demeaning and condescending. The room had stains on the carpet, curtains and pillowcases. The phone did not work. The washing machine did not work. So, I called the front desk for a refund. He said he could jot help it was 3rd party. Getting back to the phone- we had to use our cell phone to call the front desk as the room phone did not work. What a liability!!! Disappointing The swimming pool was out of order, and so were the lobby bathrooms. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean
Very inhuman relationship with us newlyweds. We called before saying we’re getting married that same night. Till when is check in ? The manager very rudely and coldly says till 12:00 When on a different phone call a receptionist says till 2:00 a.m. Horrible very unprofessional staff One says check out at 12 And next thing at 11:20 someone knocks on the room where my wife was and tells her to pack and leave unless 15$ extra payment for a hour late.
It was horrible and I will never return again. Mild on the walls of the room. Rust on the vents. They painted the tub to cover chips. Pillows were disgusting. The hotel smelled like mold. Nothing
Budget friendly motel, not the best not the worst but may rethink another stay. I've stayed here multiple times the last 3 years and it was always a great stay. However this time I was not impressed. The pool was inoperable for the last 3 months so that was disappointing. Plus, which I hadn't known, the motel is pet friendly and the last night I stayed a dog was barking throughout the entire night and in the morning.
