I will never stay at another Wyndham property again. The staff was rude and non-helpful. They definetely shouldn’t be in the hospitality business. Hot tub was broken, couldn’t get towels, wrong room type and location. The breakfast

Booking.com does state that there is a deposit upon check-in. When checking into a new reservation you have to pay another deposit as deposit are not transferable. Hotel has no control over that. You were also informed that that card company can take 1-14 days to release the funds back to you, hotel has no control as it is the card company policy

Way overpriced for the quality. Would never stay there again. The toilet kept draining very slowly, even when not using toilet paper. Right away, the front desk guy had to come with a plunger. Cockroach on the ceiling. TV didn't work properly. Phone didn't work so I couldn't call the front desk. Proximity to Monmouth Park.
Overall it was an ok stay, but the clientele was a bit sketchy. The bathroom tub was chipped and it looked dirty. They used stained bathroom towels. The blow dryer did not work. The location
