Terrible management!!! When we checked in nobody was there for over a half hour at the front desk. Then our refrigerator was broken so we asked to have it replaced and they gave us another refrigerator that was broken. We waited for them to replaced the refrigerator which didn’t work. We called for the third refrigerator and that didn’t work at all.So much wasted time. Owner is obviously cheap!!! All our beverages were warm and the food we bought spoiled. Easy 50 dollars wasted. Our stay was dissapointing- weather was bad outside and kids wanted to use pool instead Pool should be open - regular hours not shut down almost 2 hours early Shower was not working correctly in the room I need to put a complaint. We travelled for a soccer tournament. Our kids wanted to relax by the pool and the pool was shut down early!!!!! Not great our rooms’ toilet was dirty when we arrived. There was hair in the tub and sink. The breakfast was horrible. sausage links were not cooked thoroughly. Eggs are powdered. it was so noisy, there were so many kids running up and down the halls until well after midnight. Our room phone did not work, so we couldn’t call the front desk. There were only sheets on the bed. Ig was either freezing or sweltering. the location
Gross Sheets were not changed from previous guest. Obvious from the wet stain and pube on sheet. Showerhead full of mold. Black mold where tub meets tile wall/grout line. Humid day, turned on ac and smelled moldy. “Slept” in desk chair, no a/c. Toilet sink and vanity were clean. That’s it.
Treated terribly. Filed a claim with the corporate office.
