Very disappointing. the service was bad. The room was clean, but when we asked the receptionist clerk to give to give us clean towels in the second day of our stay, she said that there are none. There was no enough soap, no tissues, no coffee pot. The bed cover was very thin, and there were no extra blankets. when we we asked for an extra blanket, the staff person said they had none. Terrible service!
I would choose someplace else. The room smelled musty and unclean. The staff was dismissive. The breakfast was horrible to include little choice, watered down juice (only orange available) and hard disgusting eggs and sausage. The location was convenient for my business
close to the beach! but I’d be cautious the breakfast is HORRIBLE. I only ate a tiny bit and it was inedible. Normally, free breakfast is at least okay, but it’s just so terrible. also, for some reason, there was a smell coming from the AC every time we walked into our hotel room. the room was clean but that smell was undeniable walking in. I really loved how close the drive was from Long Branch Beach. it probably was a 5-7 minute drive.

staff was amazing so nice and on top of everything. facilities were seriously lacking. It is absolute trash. especially the hot tub was luke warm with no bubbles. the toilet in our room was broken on and off. when I arrived there was old moldy Chinese food still in the refrigerator and the door had been left open. nothing.
Disappointing
disappointed when we arrived at the hotel it was after 12 am , after a long flight just to see the bathroom dirty , there was used soap left in the bathtub sink was with toothpaste and toilet not cleaned plus sheets stained and the carpet was smelling very bad ! honestly it was disappointing , I can say there was something I liked
