Disappointing Was not able to check in early. I called a couple days prior to inquire about early check in was told to call the morning of. I did and the person answered with just a hello. When I asked if I could have early check in, I was immediately told no. The tone of the response was that of someone who may have been annoyed at my question. Next time I travel to the shore I will seek accommodation elsewhere
Fair Orribile smell of mold inside the room, restroom old, is impossible to offer the breakfast during the weekend until 9.00 o clock

I wouldn’t stay here again unless I had to. The staff was very rude and the room didn’t feel clean. The sheets were visibly stained and the AC barely worked. It was quiet and did seem safe.
I feel a little bit like I was robbed. If this hotel was priced differently, I wouldn’t have much to say. Just awful, and rude front desk , and unclean. The Front desk clerk, it was rude and unprofessional, my room was unclean, dirty towels and awful pillows and no blankets. Just the location

Fair Having never stayed here prior - the fact that we requested the 2nd floor not knowing that you could not take the luggage cart from the hallway where you got off the elevator down a flight of stairs to where the rooms are. we literally had to unload the cart walk down the stairs and reload another cart to get to our room. very inconvenient for a person with medical issues. breakfast could have been changed up a bit. cold eggs one day and disgusting waffles the second day.
