Somewhere to stay! The staff would stand around watching you walk to your room! The hot tub didn’t get hot! The tub water wouldn’t go down when we took a shower! Room was musty. The breakfast was plain the orange juice machine was broke so we only could have apple juice or cranberry juice. There was only one cereal which was corn flakes no variety!

it wasn’t restful but price was good the amount of noise at all times. couldn’t even sleep with everyone talking loudly in the hallways the convenience

Fair The towels were cleaned but very stained. THE drain in the sink and shower tub need to be looked at. VERY VERY SLOW DRAINING.

Poor Room not made up daily. Had to ask for fresh towels. When received towels were warm from dryer but still damp.

Never stayed in the room with a king bed
Very Poor Dave the Manager is very rude, as I was explaining from an email that booking.com wrote stating the Manager could waive the cancelation fee. The Manager Dave didn't acknowledge me . He repeatedly stated call booking.com. I explained again I did speak to booking.com regarding the added room which he has the authority to waive that second added room fee. Horrible place, horrible service. Lied about breakfast, try to get extra charges. AVOID AVOID AVOID. The guy at the desk was rude and unhelpful. (The indian guy that came later was good). But when I arrived, the man was a jerk. I tried to cancel, but then you would charge me a day. Secondly, you lied about the breakfast. I rented because I thought it came with breakfast. Not true.
