Disappointing The room I was given wasn’t the room I had reserved it was completely different then the one I originally wanted. The lady at the front desk was really nice

Will never book there again. We had requested an early check in which was denied, we also requested an upper level that we didn't get. The hallways had an awful smell. The girls at the front desk were very nice, even though they couldn't accommodate our requests.

I would not return to this property everything in the room was old, the furniture was damaged, and there was a very foul Oder in the hallways. There was no towels in the pool area and the hot tub was closed due to maintenance which wasn’t disclosed upon booking. Due to the awful smell, we couldn’t even bring ourselves to look at the breakfast in the breakfast room The mattress new and comfortable

Disappointing My room did not have carpeting and was freezing cold when I arrived. It was very small and the setup was not set ergonomically. The shower faucet had to be turned to Cold in order to get Hot water and then did not shut completely off when I was done. The toilet also did not flush. I was only given 2 hangers. The night I left there was a strong odor of gasoline in the hallway.
