Rude staff and poor maintenance. The room smelled of smoke and was not well maintained. The blankets were very thin and it was very cold at night even with an extra "blanket" (also thin). The staff was loud outside our door in the morning and woke us up. I asked them to be quiet and they didn't. Even after I called the front desk to complain they still kept yelling and talking loudly. Breakfast was minimal and bland. It was easy to get to and they worked with me to upgrade my room to include a jacuzzi tub.
Never again.!!!!! Breakfast. Breakfast times. Guests eating in the breakfast room in their pyjamas. Other noisy guests. The room cleaners need to go a course to teach them how to clean the room properly. Thick dust on all surfaces. Badly made beds. 7 times we had to go to reception to ask for tea and coffee for the room. Not a lot.

Poor Das Zimmer war schlecht gereinigt . Es hat gestunken! Überall auf den Gängen gab es Wasserschäden! Krasse Absteige! Eigentlich nichts!
