Disappointing House keeping did not show for 2 days in a row. Claimed our do not disturb sign was on when it wasn't.
Choose another option! After finding someone to check in (took a while after knocking on numerous "office" doors around the lobby - another couple was also waiting), we took elevator to floor 2 - then had to take several stairs down to the room hallway level!?! No actual elevator access to 2nd floor - we had to carry all luggage down those stairs. NOT luggage and certainly not handicap accessible. Find another Hotel, don't stay here! Mold smell in the lobby, hallways and room. Musty, bad to no air conditioning. For $300 night I would have expected allot better than this!
Disaster! Everything Smelled awful, door was unlocked to the outside, carpet in hallway and room were dirty, broken fixtures in bathroom
The front desk personnel were friendly and check in and out was fine. Room was average at best. Complimentary breakfast was below average. Close to monmouth park racetrack.
A waste of money-don't go there My verizon cell service did not work where my room,was located. Had to connect thru WiFi. My room key had to be replaced several times because it would stop working. They gave a key card to someone with my room number. He almost got in. I also found a dead bedbug in my bed. When they cleaned my room, no new cups were left for me to use and on the first day I got there an employee told me that they work too hard and don't get paid enough. Disappointing bathtub was filthy boxes lined up in the hall (fire hazard) no one watched the breakfast buffet . ran out of waffle mix and makers were a mess. not much

Disappointing Both rooms that I rented had BED BUGS!!!! My son,girlfriend,and myself was well bitten. This place will NEVER receive my business again
